This is only one example of the flagrant individualism that is rampant in our household. Believe me there are many many other examples of this sort of thing: soap, shampoo, food choices. This should serve as a warning beacon to all new parents. Indoctrinate your kids early into the "household" brand or else you too will be hunting up and down the grocery isles with anxiety stamped on your face and monstrous thoughts of "ohmygod, will he stop brushing his teeth if I can't find mango orange!!!!!!!!! "
I want to thank everyone for their kind comments on my previous post. Every once in awhile, I get a brain hiccough and start thinking I SHOULD draw a certain way ect. Bla, bla bla......More brain drivle. I have to remind myself its PROCESS that counts. NOT ANYTHING ELSE. Thanks again folks.

Oh funny! Love it.
I love it! I love how the color enhances the simplicity of this piece. :)
Lovely illustration and symbolic somehow! So true what you say - I brought my son some toothpaste back from London a couple of weeks ago. Nothing in Switzerland is as good as his old one (previously bought in Kuwait). Boy, this could get expensive!
Thanks Terri,Felicity and Zee. You are soooo right Felicity! It gets expensive: shampoos, vegetables, soaps ect. When I shared my observation with my daughter, she said "of course we all have diferent stuff!" Made me laugh
hehehe. i love this entry.
i remember when my kids were still at home, each had his own favorite salad dressing.
it wasn't unheard of for our fridge to have 4 different pitchers of koolaid!
thankfully, we all used the same toothpaste, but my daughter was exceptionally territorial when it came to her shampoo!

This cracks me up! We have the same thing going on at our house....kind of defeats any attempts at bargain shopping.
