This is a small part of my daughter's collection of stuffed animals. The three in the back look really somber for such a playful subject. After drawing for nearly every day since May, I've noticed that some drawings are crappy, some are good, some required more patience than I gave to them.

but this one is lovely...
i think we all make good and bad drawings, but not everybody posts the bad drawings... :)
oh like this collection, they are so dear, I think the somberness makes that even more so. Like this very much!!
You have really captured cute expressions on the faces. Very cute.

I really like this, somber or not! Actually, the back three kind of look like the front two have just said something rather shocking ... :-D
Stuffed animals sometimes just LOOK that way, though, and this is really great!
I see that the background and steps has been done in watercolor, but are the animals done with WC and colored pencil? The texture on the lion especially is fantastic.
And I meant to say how I admire you for drawing EVERY DAY for nearly six months. That takes dedication! Good for you!
Thanks Linda! I just decided to put in the not so hot ones too. Good, bad and ugly! they are all part of my pracitce.
I appreicate you comment.
This is great Lindsay! You captured their 'cuddliness' beautifully. It's a great collection drawing. :o)
These guys are wonderful! And they qualify for the "toy" challenge too, don't they? (#6)
Thanks Nita. Yes they do qualify for the toy challange. I'll post in both!
